Where we ship

Currently NZ only. We're a small operation working on getting further afield — watch this space.

Processing time

Every piece is made to order, just for you. Please allow 2–4 business days to make your piece before it ships. During busier periods this may run a little longer — we'll let you know if so.

Shipping cost & delivery time

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Once dispatched, expect delivery within 2–5 business days depending on where you are in NZ.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order changes & cancellations

Because we start making your piece soon after you order, we can only change or cancel an order within [INSERT WINDOW, e.g. 24 hours] of purchase. Get in touch fast at info@layr.nz if you need to make a change.

Delays, damage & lost parcels

If your order is running late, arrives damaged, or goes missing in transit, email us at info@layr.nz and we'll sort it out.
